This beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home with is perfectly set up for two families. The backyard is the star with a gorgeous in-ground sparkling pool with stunning water features and jacuzzi. The pool is surrounded by a scored concrete deck patio, a natural gas BBQ for grilling, patio dining set, and chaise loungers to soak up the California sun. Also, enjoy the game room with a Stiga Ping Pong & Standard Size Pool Table.
This home is designer decorated and upgraded with granite kitchen counters, tiled bathrooms, and wood floors. Beautifully upgraded open concept kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a full-size washer, dryer and half bath located just off the kitchen. The dining room comfortably seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar and family room table.
Our home has four bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. There are two cal-king master bedrooms with beautifully upgraded en-suites. The en-suite bathrooms have travertine tile floors, marble countertops, custom panel cabinetry, and custom showers. The two children rooms have Full over Full bunk beds and share the hallway bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms have upgraded carpet. Throughout the rest of the home, there are hardwood and tile flooring.
