I Am Not Happy With Something in the Home. What Should I Do?

Guests can reach us by text or phone 24/7, and we provide several contact numbers. We encourage you to let us know within 4 hours of arrival if there’s an issue, and if something breaks during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible. We can correct most issues the same day. It’s disappointing when a guest tells us about a problem that we could have fixed quickly and easily, but they didn’t mention it until days after their stay.

All of our homes receive regular monthly pest control service. That doesn’t mean you’ll never see a spider, bug, or ant, since they can find their way in at any time between services. It’s also normal to see a few bugs on the day of service and for a couple of days afterward. Regular service does mean our homes are kept as bug-free as possible. As for ants and gnats, they appear when food is left out. If crumbs are scattered around the home or dirty dishes sit for days, you’ll most likely get ants or gnats in any house in town. This doesn’t mean you can’t set food out to eat. It just means food shouldn’t be left out for long stretches. If you do have a problem, our pest control company offers complimentary service between regular visits, as needed. Just give us a call.
