Visit our stunning five-bedroom, three-bathroom home that has been beautifully decorated by a designer and completely remodeled inside and out! Everything is brand new as of January 2022.

The house is two stories. There are four Cal-King master bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The three upstairs Cal-King masters share a hallway bathroom. The remaining bedroom is a queen bed located on the main floor with access to the downstairs hallway bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with 47'' LCD TVs. The bathrooms have all been upgraded with tile floors and quartz countertops, and the home features beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

The main living room is spacious and open-concept. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of seating at the custom dining room table, with additional seating in the kitchen nook. Additionally, there is a separate family room so kids and parents can have their own space. The main living room includes a 60-inch TV with a DVD player and Hi-Speed Wireless Internet. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer, central air, and heat. The couches have pullout mattresses, and the patio has seating and a grill so you can enjoy the outdoors.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82

This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
3 Night Minimum Rental
No Outside Music of Any Kind 
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Outdoor security cameras protect the house.

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

*All Major credit cards & are accepted.
A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
