Three-bedroom home with two bathrooms. The queen master suite has a private bathroom. The remaining rooms are children's bedrooms with full over full Bunk Beds and access to the hall bathroom. All bedrooms have a 43' TV.
The open-concept main living area is perfect for entertaining. There is plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen has cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: oven/stove with range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The dining room has six seats, with additional seating at the bar. There is plenty of seating in the family room on the sectional sofa. The family room has a TV with Blu-ray/DVD player.
Right off the family and dining area are beautiful french doors leading out to the rear yard with a natural gas BBQ and patio set. The game room is located in the garage. There is a Stiga Ping Pong table and a Billiards table. There are strollers, a high chair, a booster seat, and a pack n' play for your infants and toddlers. A full-size washer and dryer in the home are available for guests' use.
The home has wireless high-speed internet. In addition, the house has Central Heating and Air conditioning.
This house SLEEPS 9 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 9 AT ANY TIME.
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.
