Beautifully upgraded home with three California king master with ensuites and two children's rooms with full over full bunk beds. One of the master bedrooms is detached from the house, and the entrance is located by the patio area. All bedrooms have 47' LCD TV.

The bathrooms have been upgraded with granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, travertine floors, and custom travertine/marble inlays. The two children's room shares a full bath in the hallway.

The partial open concept kitchen has granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats ten, with additional seating at a second table and kitchen countertop. Right off the kitchen are the half bath and full-size washer and dryer for guests' use.

The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. Through the sliding glass door, you have plenty of space for entertaining in the private rear yard. There is a beautiful in-ground pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. The game room has ping pong, a pool table, and air hockey. There are strollers, pack n' play, booster seats, and high chairs for infants and toddlers. 

Nice short walk to Disney & Disney tram. The home has central air and heat. Watch the Disney fireworks from the back/front yards.

This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 100 miles of Disneyland, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. Houses are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.
