Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for two families. Our four-bedroom three bath home has two master en-suites, one Cal King Bed, and one Queen Bed with two full over full bunk bed children's bedrooms. Upgraded carpet in the bedrooms with laminate wood flooring throughout the rest of the home. Bathrooms are upgraded with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and travertine floors.

Upgraded kitchen with custom panel cabinetry, upgraded hardware, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Spacious living and dining room off of the kitchen. Main Living Room has a DVD Player with Time Warner's top 300 channels. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. Central heating and air conditioning.

The game room, located in the garage, has Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Pool, and toys. There are strollers, a highchair, pack n' play, and a booster seat for your infants & toddlers. Full-size washer and dryer.

Relax in our sparkling pool with a built-in Jacuzzi, in the rear yard. Enjoy our patio and outdoor seating for adults & kids, and a natural gas BBQ Grill. Nice short walk to Disneyland, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82 and jacuzzi to 102

This house SLEEPS 10 in beds and the MAXIMUM Occupancy at ANY TIME is 10. (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code you must be inside during this time.

No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival, we recommend you purchase travel insurance.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
