Cute pool home perfect for two families. The 4-bedroom, three-bathroom home features two queen masters with en-suites and two children's rooms with Full over Full bunk beds sharing the hallway bathroom—upgraded carpet in all bedrooms with laminate wood flooring throughout the rest of the home. 

Open concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Beautiful french doors lead you to the dining room that comfortably seats ten plus additional seating at the breakfast table and kitchen counter. 

Located through Master #2 is the garage game room. It has Stiga Ping Pong & 3-1 table (pool, air hockey & ping pong top) and cubbies with toys & games. In addition, there are strollers, a high chair, a pack n' play, and a booster chair available for your infant and toddler. Full-size washer and dryer for guests' use. 
The family room has a 51' TV with a DVD player. Couch with queen sleeper sofa, Hi-Speed wireless internet is included. Central heating and air conditioning 

Relax in our sparkling pool and in-ground Jacuzzi in the rear yard. Also, there is a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set & additional chairs.

This house SLEEPS 10 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined). 
Maximum Vehicles 2 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82 and jacuzzi to 102.

No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
