Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room has seating for six, with additional seating at the countertop and in the living room. Brand new (Apr 2023) sectional sofa with sleeper. A full-size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen.
The game room, located in the garage, has Ping pong, air hockey, billiards, & toys. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for your infant's and toddler's use. All bedrooms have a 47' plasma TV. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
Nice short walk to Disneyland & Disneyland tram. Home has central air and heat. Watch Disneyland fireworks from the back/front yards.
