This is a single-story home. There are two Cal-King master bedrooms, both of which have en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 more Cal-King Bedrooms and 1 queen that all have access to a hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have 47'' LCD TVs. The bathrooms are all upgraded with tile floors and quartz countertops. Beautiful LVP floors run throughout the home.
Spacious open-concept main living room. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table for 10, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The Main Living Room and dining room has a 75" TVs, other bedrooms have 65" TVs. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is also provided.
A full-size washer and dryer are in the garage as well as a full-size pool table. In addition, the house has Central Air & Heat. The couches have pullout queen sleeper sofas. The home has patio and outdoor seating with a grill to enjoy the outdoors.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82
